my 17th birthday is september 2009, but it's my golden birthday.(day and age is the same) I want it to be special because I can't do anything for my 16th birthday. What can I Do For My Birthday??

It's my 17th in a month and I'm hiring a boat and going out at night with my closest friends :] We'll swim and just have a party on board with fairy lights and lanterns.

Go to party city and buy a bunch of JB c**p and throw a cheesey party.  I did that for my sweet sixteen with Hannah montana, and I might be having a high school musical themed 17th bday ahah
