I'm a 14 year old male that is athletic but has weak knees. My knees hurt after a day of volleyball and its hard for me to jump and walk up stairs. Ive been noticing these problems after I hit my growth spurt awhile back ago. I went from 5'2 to 6'0 in a few months. I was wondering if there are any workouts/stretches I could be doing to help fix this problem. :)
