What Can I Do To Look Better?

This is kinda an old picture, it was taken when I was 13 and I'm 15 now. I have changed my hair, got it cut and straightened it. And I'm getting my braces off next month :) So other than that, what can I do? Please be honest.

Your hair color kind of blend into your skin giving it a washed out look so I would suggest dyeing your hair. I know it's extreme but it's an instant new look. I would cut long layers and side bangs. Your skin is pretty so I would suggest little to no makeup. Basic mascara and a little blush. That's all. You're pretty, I promise =)
