Well there is nothing that is cheap, unless $20 is cheap to you. I've used those whitning strips from walmart made by crest they work within the first day. And after 7 days they were amazingly white. My husband uses this mouth gard thing, it's blue and it comes in a box with some liquid stuff that you fill the mouth gard with every day and leave on for 5 mins. It shows results right after using it. Don't try that whitening mouth wash, it doesn't work and neither does whitening tooth paste its a waste of money. Oh the strips are about $20 for a box of 14 and the mouth gard I think is $30 might be more or less. But go to walmart everything is cheaper there. Hope this helps.

i use arm n hammer advanced whitening.

it works pretty good.
