What Car Rental Dealers in IL Accept Debit Cards???

Question

I plan on making a trip 2 Johnson City,TN this weekend to pick up my cousin.Me and my uncle are going to be driving down there in a rental car.However i've talked to a few dealers and explained that i want to pay for it off of my pre paid debit card.I will have all of the money for the rental and deposit if they require a deposit on the card at the time of pick up.But alot of dealers aren't willing to rent off of a debit card.Now i know that there are some dealers that do accept debit cards,even some that will accept a money order.But im having trouble finding a dealer like that and one that also has good rates.Can anybody help me with this?

You have to call around. Usually smaller chains do accept debit. They might want to take as much as $300 as a deposit. ALSO DONT MENTION ITS PREPAID! Just say its debit!
