What Cards are in the 2 new Legends Awakened Decks (Metal Surge and Bombardment)?

I am a collector of pokemon cards and want to know what cards are in each deck so I can decide which one is better. don't send me which one you think is better, please send me a list so I can see exactly what cards are in which deck.
