What Chevy Suburbans have the split rear door

Question

I see some wih a traditional wide swinging door, and then I see some with the split door so you can open say only half of the rear door or both like french doors.

Is this a year make issue, or different model issue.

It was an option to have the 'barn doors' versus having 1 large door. They were available on many different year and trim levels.

the 99 Chevy suburbans had the split doors and i believe the other years had it as an option but early model suburbans also had the split doors then they went to the hatch rear and back to the doors
