Question:

What Clive Barker book's are similair to Jericho?

I beat Jericho and found the storyline to be phoenomonal!(sp) Any books he wrote that are like that...I really would like to get into his books, but dont know where to begin.

  1. If you liked Jericho, I'd also suggest tracking down 'Undying'' - a game from ten or so years ago Barker had a hand in.  

    As for novels - can't think of anything Barker has written that fits exactly, but many of his works feature some 'alternate reality' where the monsters live.  Often his tales suggest WE are the monsters.  

    The stories Hellbound Heart, Cabal and the Last Illusion are the basis for Barker's  movies Hellraiser, Nightbreed and Lord of Illusions.  Weaveworld, The Great and Secret Show, Everville and Imagica are other tales his done.  He's also written young adult works - Abarat and The Thief of Always.

    I'd say you can't go wrong with any of his books - though his earlier works are more horror than fantasy.
