  1. Right now you gotta go LSU with USC being number 2.  If Miami get their head out of their asses they can make a case.  They should have 2 NC in a row if it wasnt for the "Robbery in the Desert."  Hurricane Larry really devastated Miami football.  OSU*, if they can steal another, can make a case, because they will have played in 4 NC.  So right now I would rank them

    LSU

    USC

    OSU*

    Miami

    Florida

    Texas

    OU

    West Virginia

    Virginia Tech

  2. USC! What people don't realize about LSU is that they didn't do much between the two championships!!!

  3. Idk, there's been quite a few great colleges out there

  4. The team of the decade is USC. They have been to the BCS game 6 yrs in a row and has only lost 1. They have had so much talent it is sick- they are a factory for the NFL. They have won one BCS title, one AP title, and if it weren't for my fave VY would have won 2 bcs titles. They won an Orange Bowl and 2 rose bowls.

The 2000 Miami team was probably the best team of the decade- they had so much talent- it was basically an NFL team.

LSU deserves their props but two championships both teams has one or two losses.

    1) USC

    2) LSU

    3) OSU

    4) Tie between TX and OU. they have been consistent

    5) UF

  5. Gotta be USC.  I hate Pete Carrol because he runs up the score to increase his teams BCS points.  He has no class at all, but due to the system, USC is always at the top.

  6. Many teams come to my mind those teams are :

The Ohio State- 1 Championship , but 2 embarrassing losses

USC-  2 national championships, 1 epic loss to texas

LSU- 2 National Championships but the thing is neither one of the championship teams haven't been impressive to me the 2006 team was the best one with Russel at QB

  7. USC is better than LSU...Uh...They have the best W-L record since 2000...That about sums it up...I'm NO USC fan, just so you know...In fact, I hate them with a passion...I'm a Notre Dame fan...but facts are facts...The BCS is c**p anyway...Everyone knows its political

  8. Ohio State and Boise State both play ridiculously easy schedules year in and year out.

University of Southern California is clearly the team of the decade, with 2 National Championships (1 shared with LSU) and consistency that no other team can match. They have won the pac ten title nearly every year since 2000, they have 3 heisman winners, and finish in the top five year in and year out. LSU comes in a somewhat close second with 2 National Championships and a tough schedule year in and year out.

As for Ohio State and Boise State, please! Ohio State has embarrassed themselves and The Big Ten the past two years with flops in the National Championship, and you asked for the team of the decade, not the cinderella story.

I take all of this back if USC loses to Ohio State in four weeks.

  9. Well, since the only school with 2 crystal trophies this decade is LSU, this would seem like a fairly easy question.

If the question were "Which college football team is the most delusional about how good they really are?", that award would go to USC.  You know, the "dynasty" with only one trophy.

  10. USC because of there # 1 rankings and winner of the Bowl game

However, Boise state should also, be consider because of there great record.  But because they did not get the number 1 ranking or play for the championship they won't

  11. That seems pretty easy! LSU! The only 2 time BCS National Champions. Enough said!

  12. Yeah but "best winning %" means squat when you cant win the big game.

    USC i spouse.

  13. Boise St.

They were Big West Conference Champions in 2000 and WAC Champion from 2002-2006.

6 seasons with at least 10 wins since 2000.

Since 2000 they have been 4-3 in bowl games.

They almost had a perfect season in 2004 but lost to Louisville in the Liberty Bowl.

They finished a perfect season in 2006 by beating Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl.
