What Common (Drug Store) Soap Smells Like Incense? ?

Frequently I come across women who smell like incense and I ask them what they're wearing, and they usually say they're not wearing any fragrance, that it's probably their soap. I smelled it again today and I'm wondering what it is! Anyone know?
