Some may be subsidiaries of other companies, and there are others as well. then there is a whole slew of companies that make aircraft parts and supply them to airplane manufacturers. They are also a significant part of the industry.

there r only a handful ne more, Boeing, Sikorsky, Lockheed, and Rathyon.  There are not that many nemore they have all been bought up by these guys.  Rathyon is big in the avionics area, all the rest make planes and helicopters
