  1. Pride won't get you anywhere in any country.

Be happy, not proud. Pride is for something you've earned in life.

  2. I'm surprised no one said Italy or France. They aren't g*y friendly?

  3. according to EU studies Sweden and Denmark are the most open where 9/10 wouldnt mind having a g*y stateminister

  4. germany.

  5. Well every country has their bigots but in law, most European countries have laws protecting rights for LGBTs.  The Dutch must take the crown for being most accepting, but the Belgians, British, Germans and Spanish shine out amongst the crowd.  Belarus probably is the worst offender.  In general the more Protestant, Westerly, northern countries (with the exception of Spain and Portugal who tend to be fairly good) tend to be more accepting to LGBTs. The more eastern and Catholic the more anti-g*y the population tend to be.

  6. Denmark.

    PROUD of what, exactly?

  7. Wow i'm sorry about Jao P. I reported him, Good Luck:)

  8. Well, think about it.

How did the pilgrims come to America? They were seeking religious freedom. In other words, a bunch of religious freaks boarded a bunch of boats and came HERE.

So I'm pretty sure they're very open-minded over there.

  9. All I can say is that I'm hetro, live in Brighton, UK and homosexuality is the norm here......really don't understand why people have an issue with it??? Most of my closest friends are g*y - so ?

We have a good pride parade in August as well!

Also not sure if you are aware but Brighton is the g*y capital of europe! x

  10. Discrimination based on sexual orientation is illegal in the whole of Europe. So as long you are culturally sensitive and do not wear your pride on your forehead, you will be fine

  11. most of them in the west of europe will be fine for you but you will never find a g*y haven.............avoid the eastern European countries, the former soviet states especially!!

as someone else said; the EU has laws against discrimination of g*y ppl across the whole of europe, but the new countries to join the EU are still adjusting to the g*y rights legislations

  12. i think that g*y people can get married in spain england holand and norway, so those countries are probably really open to homosexuality.

  13. The Netherlands

    and I THINK Spain

  14. Try Malta

  15. Most are but a few are not

Though all have at least some homophobic elements to their society

Some European nations that ok to visit (in no particular order)

    UK

    Sweden

    Norway

    Spain

    Germany

    Denmark
