  1. You may need a waiver. Go to http://www.mynavyonline.com also ask your recruiter.

  2. Maybe. 1 misdemeanor for a non-violent offense underage can probably be waived. Talk to your recruiter.

  3. Any Felony , and any Domestic Dispute Charge, whatever the case, if you have a Domestic Dispute on your record you will never be accepted. Misdemeanor's of course are based upon the Class of the Misdemeanor and how many.  Contact your local Navy Recruiter to find out if you qualify. It also has to do with your physical well being, Vision, Medical and Mental Health, and ASVAB Scores.

  4. Hmmm, I'm not sure what exactly the charges were, but take a look at the first site listed to see if it's there.

To become a MA, you will need to pass a Security Clearance.  You will be investigated in all aspects of your life, they will look at court records, so be honest, of course.  They will take into consideration how long ago the offense occurred, etc.  See second through fifth links.

Talk to a recruiter also for specific information.

Keep up your GPA, and best wishes in your endeavors!
