What DIDN'T Obama promise?

"Make atomic energy safer" -- "Guarantee all children a world-class education"--"protect Social Security" -- couldn't Bush and every other politician make the same set of utterly empty and non-specific, non-operationalized promises?

Because Obama is full of HOT air... hes all talk because he will say anything to get your vote! Just remember  Senate and congress make most of the decisions!!

Yeah, but so?  Do you want those promises to happen?  Do you see anyone more trustworthy making the same promises?  Maybe Obama will actually deliver on those promises this time.  He will have the backing of a friendly Congress if elected, most likely.

Actually, he promised to try to balance the economy, and not have to rely on other countries, which would help get us out of out debt. At least he's trying to do something about it, did you guys even listen to his speech???
