What DSLR Cameras are very good that have a BULB Setting and under $700-800 range?

I heard Nikon's D50, D40, D60 were good, but they don't have Bulb setting (I don't think at least). I'm pushing more toward Nikon for sure, but I need it to be basically an SLR camera but digital. None of this corny "Beach" preset settings, etc. I just want to have full control of it, but have it have an auto-setting just in case theres a shot I -must- get at that time.

Also the camera must shoot RAW.

The Canon Rebel XT, Rebel XTi, and Rebel XSi all have bulb and they all shoot RAW.

The cameras you mentioned all have a bulb setting and shoot RAW.

Canon's Rebel XTi or XSi will also have these features.
