What Do Celebrity Agents and Managers do?

I was just wondering do you have to pay your Agent or Manager every month or so?

If I need help to get in contact with another celebrity, would getting an Agent or Manager be a good idea to help guide me?

I believe that hiring an agent or manager is an excellent decision on your part for your career. Also, they should be paid for their work.  The method of payment could be discussed at the interview upon offering them the position.

First,  I would ask for references before hiring an agent or manager.  Having a good agent or manager will help you get the best contracts that will be best for your career and they will be able to guide you in the right direction  financially.

They will also manage your time schedule for you and help you with your priorities so that you may concentrate on your talent.  Most agents or managers communicate with other agents or managers to contact Celebrities for you.
