I own a quiznos restaurant and my guest satisfaction is at 45%we have a good product but my staff keeps messing it up. (ie. forgetting ingredients and messing up orders) . At first i thought they were common mistakes but now the customer complaints are coming in daily and most never come back and now my pockets are starting to hurt and we are ready to close the store.i talk to them but it goes in one ear and out the other. what can i do to fix his problem to increase the guest satisfaction so i don't loose my business?
