What Do I Do If My Glasses Fog Up?

I just got new glasses today and they are foggy! how do i get the fog off????? I Tried wipeing them with the cloth but it didnt work. What to do!?!

If you're talking about goggles, then get new ones.

Because most goggles now a days have anti-fog lens.

If your goggles start to fog, it's a sign to get new ones.

To prevent your goggles from losing its anti-fog, run your goggles under warm water after you swim to get rid of the chlorine. Take good care of your goggles and don't expose them directly too the sun for long periods of time.

Why is this in swimming?  

Glasses fog over because the temperature of the glass is lower than the ambient temperature (there also needs to be moisture.)

If it's your goggles, spit into them a bit, it will clear up immediately (provided your spit's not green.)
