School supplies wise;

I would suggest around 2 duo tangs, or folders,

A larger binder for carrying agendas and books around in, (Like maybe a Five Star binder, they don't break easily.) and a smaller, less expensive one for just English or French papers.

A LOT of pencils, no joke. xD You will lose a lot of them :P

A larger pencil case, maybe one that attaches to a binder. (They're easier to carry around.)

All of these things can be found at Wal-Mart or Target for the best prices. :)

I wouldn't get too much for the first day.  I would wait to see what your teachers require.  The first day I'd be sure to have a pen and a small notebook.  I actually give my students a list of supplies just for my class; they include a binder, dividers (for the binder), loose leaf (for the binder), writing utensil (to have daily), two different colored highlighters, crayons/markers/colored pencils for projects, a disk/flash drive/thumb drive.  Besides, if you wait until after school starts you can get it all on sale!

I would suggest getting a few folders, notebooks, and binders, along with pencils and pens and you should be good. nothing super fancy that you need.

2)refill pads for every folder

4) bigger school bag or pencil case

You should just buy a notebook and some pencils for your first day. Then your teachers will tell you what you need, and give you a week or so do get the supplies.
