What Do I need for 9th grade?

I am going into 9th grade and i have no idea what I need. HELP ME!!!!!

nothing, it's just like any other year....refer to how u started 8th grade and so on and so forth. you have nothing to worry about until applying for college.

for school supplies? it is hard to say, as each teacher varies in what they want their students to have, so my advice is for the first day of school bring your book bag, some pens and pencils and some paper, and then once you find out what you need, go and get it

tips? be  yourself and you will be fine. there is nothing to worry about, its just school and you will be there with your friends. DON'T fall to peer pressure, or let people try and make you do anything that you don't want to (drinking, drugs, etc.) Have fun, but don't forget about your grades

School Supplies

1. A 3-ring binder for your major subjects, such as Science, Math, and English.

2. Folders for your elective classes, like Health, Art, Music.

3. 1 highlighter, several packets of notecards, and several packages  of loose-leaf college ruled paper (or spiral notebooks).

4. A standard back pack. Get a good brand, in a nice color- it will last all four years! Messenger bags, or shoulder bags, are a terrible idea. Your bag gets very heavy, and the cheap straps are often uncomfortable. (I had a year when I went through three messenger bags, because they kept ripping.)

5. A gym bag, like a Nike or Adidas one. You'll need a big enough one to put your gym clothes and sneakers in, but NOT a duffel bag.

6. A flash drive. You can buy them at any electronic store. You will be saving SO MANY documents on Word, bringing them into school, bringing them home, etc. This will be a LIFESAVER. They are reliable, quick, and easy.

7. A good calculator. Don't cheap out- try the TI versions. They can be pricey, but will last all four years. You will need a nice one, especially for Geometry. There are functions like square root, cube, etc., that you will need.

8.  Lastly, LOTS of pens and pencils.
