  1. Don't stress it.  Stay illegal.  McCain or Obama, will give you amnesty.  Honestly, if you were a child and brought here illegally, then you need to speak to immigration.  There is a chance they will deport you but on the other hand they may help you.  Let them know you are married to a citizen.

  2. You don't "need" to, but when you get deported you'lll have nobody to blame but yourself.

  3. since you came here illegally, if you're husband files adjustment of status for you, you can be banned for 10 yrs. better for you to go back to your home country and your husband files the necessary spousal visa for you.

  4. If you are over 19 you have to go back to your country, take your 10 year ban (you can try for a waiver), then apply to return to this country legally.

  5. you would need to contact an immigration lawyer so they can start the process for you... your husband has to petition for you to get your green card...

there is more information on the USCIS website (immigration), you can print out the application there and I think you can fill it out online but I'm not sure, anyways here's the website...   http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

your husband can even fill out the application himself but it can get very complicated, since you are already here and you came illegally he would also have to apply for a waiver so you won't have to go back to your country and be banned for 10 yrs, so that is why people prefer going through an immigration lawyer... but be very careful because there is a lot of fraud out there when it comes to filling out immigration forms... find a reputable lawyer and never go through agencies that offer immigration services because most of them are rip offs and will take your money and either fill out the wrong forms, leave them incomplete, or just never send them... and if something is filled out wrong on the forms most times immigration will require you to fill out another application and pay the fee again...

here is the link to the application and instructions that need to be filled out...

    Good Luck!!!
