If You Had Your Way You Would Outlaw Abortion. That Would Create Even More Unwanted Kids In An Already Overrun Foster Care System. It Would Create Even More Teenage Drop Out Moms Leading To More Poverty Amongst Many More Negative Problems. I Have Asked Before And Never Got A Straight Answer. Do You Have A Solution To These Problems? Do You Even Care About The Child Once Its Not In The Womb Anymore?

  1. Isn't   odd that those who are pro choice did not have mothers  who  felt that way.

  2. I believe adoption is the answer.  I understand the foster care system is over burdened already, but the problem is mainly with older kids.  If a woman seeks to give her child up for adoption during the pregnancy, rather than seeking an abortion, she should have no problem getting her expenses paid.

I simply don't understand how a woman would prefer to actually kill her own child, rather than give him or her to a loving family.  I know pregnancy is a huge inconvenience for a person who is not ready to have children, but this is an actual human life we're talking about.

  3. Uh, all those caps really ARE annoying.

This IS the sticking point, as you can see, for most of them. I think only one actually had anything pertinent to say in answer.

Notice how magically teens are to be prevented from having s*x. but they don't say HOW.

What's long puzzled me is this: It's wrong for unmarried women to have s*x, and prostitution is wrong.

But it's OK for men to have s*x, and in fact they should get as much as they can.

So, if men should be having lots of s*x, but no woman ever should, who are these men having s*x WITH? The only alternative is also a no-no.

But then, with religious fanatics, logic and consistency are a minus, rather than a plus.

That's why people who claim to oppose abortion do everything they can to make the unwanted pregnancy rate as high as possible. They oppose s*x education and birth control.

The only solution would be to sew women's legs together until they're ready to have babies. After all, it's really about hating women, when it comes down to it.

BTW, someone said that the mothers of pro-choice people didn't have abortions, but that's not true. Just because a woman carried this pregnancy to term, doesn't mean she carried EVRY pregnancy to term. Most women who have an abortion do also have at least one baby.

But, again, logic, evidence, and reason are anathema to that crowd.

  4. I would suggest better and more comprehensive s*x education and easier access to contraceptives but many people who claim to be "pro-life" also oppose those. They think that if they tell young people not to have s*x until marriage but give them no other information, it will solve the problem. It doesn't.

  5. I am not specifically pro-life, but I have always advocated widespread birth control- available at any and every age, for free, in many places, and really good s*x education.

The three apparent desires of many right-wingers seem to be outlawing abortion, limiting contraceptives, and teaching abstinence-only education . . . and those together is a recipe for disaster.

  6. If You Had Your Way You Would Outlaw Abortion. ~ yes

That Would Create Even More Unwanted Kids In An Already Overrun Foster Care System.  ~   Are you 100% certain that all children in the foster care system are unwanted by their parents?

"It Would Create Even More Teenage Drop Out Moms Leading To More Poverty Amongst Many More Negative Problems. "  ~ ????

"Do You Even Care About The Child Once Its Not In The Womb Anymore?"  ~ Yes, I do care when a child's life is taken and why wouldn't I.

  7. Perhaps the person that had all the answers was aborted.

Edit: Deep, I just do not feel like debating abortion right now.

But how can you prove my statement false.

A short answer is often alot better than a long filled rant.

  8. Okay Stop Capitializing Every Word. It's So Annoying

no. what we should focus on is stopping stupid teenagers from getting pregant in the first place. if we avoid the problem we won't have to fix it.

  9. I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a pro-lifer but I'm definitely not pro-choice. The only time I would accept abortion would be if the pregnancy was threatening the woman's life or if the woman was an alcoholic, heroin addict, etc. and unwilling to quit to protect her baby.

I don't think think outlawing abortion is the answer, but I also do not think that women should be able to get as many abortions as they want, simply because they don't know how or don't want to use birth control.

However, if abortion was outlawed or at least if it were not so easy to get one done, I think there would actually be less unwanted pregnancies. I think that a lot of people would be more likely to use birth control since if they did get pregnant there would be no turning back, they'd have to carry the baby to term.

  10. I dont think a good control on abortions will increase the population.  Otherwise a country like India will not have a good legal control on abortions.  In india its a criminal act to carry out abortion based on the gender of fetus.  Its a crime to reveal the gender of a fetus to the parents.

Good control will reduce unwanted pregnancies.  People will stop to think, "if it will not be convenient to have the baby, we can always go for an abortion"  They will restrain from having s*x thinking there is no contraceptive measure 100% safe, other than not engaging in copulation.  They will engage in other forms of s*x.

There is good evidence that a legal control on abortion will reduce unwanted pregnancies to a large extent and will increase unwated child birth to a small extent and the net effect is a reduction in number of abortions and number of unwated children.

  11. Be irresponsible suffer and see your children suffer, I think more women would act responsible if no job and monnies would mean to see their children slowly starve to death. I would be pro life if the welfare system would be done away with, however the way things are iam glad my tax money wont raise another smack dealer.

  12. I have, and I don't give a d**n about any of them.  That's why they don't get answers.  That would be the problems of the mother.

  13. You pose a straw man argument.

Your assertion that abortion prevents unwanted children and teen pregnancy is incorrect. The facts (truth verified by evidence) are that teen pregnancy, illegitimacy, and foster children began skyrocketing soon after abortion became legal. I am not suggesting that this is definitely the cause, but it certainly hasn't been the solution. One can even argue that legal abortion has been an excuse to act irresponsibly. prior to legal abortion, one had to prepare for s*x the consequences of s*x.

    Your rant is intellectually dishonest.

Rate me down and ignore my post now.

    At least I speak truth.

Something the ideologues on both sides of this debate know nothing about.
