If you want a true opinion, you shouldn't put conditions on the kind of feedback you're requesting.  That's ridiculous.  

You want self-validation, not an honest opinion.

I liked them, but they didn't really flow that well, and there is nothing that really sticks with me.  I'm not sure what you could do to fix that.  Maybe but other people's reactions or something that others can relate to more strongly.  

Now I have never had any experiences with anorexia so that might be the reason I feel removed from these poems.  I am not exactly your target audience (being a healthy 18 year old male), but I did like the poems.

I think it is very good, and you are right to guide people that their comments don't have to be rude to be truthful.  You have nothing to worry about though, because it is very well written.
