There has to be something. Someone. You can't all be bots lol.

As for me, though I'd consider myself towards the left, I have to agree with the right on guns, states rights and the death penalty.

  1. guns, pro-life abortion, low taxes, limited federal government

  2. About the only issues I agree with democrats on are: getting out of the Middle East (in a strategic manner), g*y marriage and abortion rights. Regardless of how one feels on g*y marriage and abortion, both belong in the States'.

Although, these issues aren't high on my priority list, so there is no way I'd ever vote for a democrat.

  3. I can't agree with the Dems, they've nominated someone who can deliver a speech, is great on stage, is loved by a tv camera, and makes so many promises, says all the things we want to hear, but how can we take him seriously when he has ZERO record of ever doing anything?  are we supposed to vote him in based on his speech making ability alone?

  4. I lean to the right overall, and vote Republican about 65-70% of the time. I am very conservative fiscally, but I do lean to the left on social issues. These include g*y marriage, state's rights, abortion (but it should be left to the states), getting off our dependence on oil (both foriegn and domestic), and welfare (not the current system, but a reformed system).

Basically, I believe in not pushing any moral agenda on the people through legislation, but I believe in smaller government that is not in place to solve our problems, but to HELP us get out of problems.

  5. partly

  6. I seriously cannot think of anything I agree with the left on.  I'd say protecting free speech and civil rights but it is a case of smoke and mirrors with them.  They mostly want to do that selectively.

The "Fairness" doctrine is straight out of 1984..or getting close anyway.

To be fair I think most republicans are real *******.  Chickenhawks and peaceniks are equally repulsive.

  7. Very little.

I do not trust them, feel that they are run by greed, and although I feel that many in the opposing party have the best interests of my country at heart, I feel that their policies, on the whole, are misplaced.

  8. Balanced budget and fiscal responsibility  which is at least what Republicans use to believe in, and many still do,  that there is too much government regulation, and that not all problems can be solved by government action.  On most  hot button issues I am a liberal and have no problem with taxing the rich.

  9. Before the classic Dem flip-flopping began, I agreed with the comments about Obama not being fit to run this country.  But on a more serious note, about the real issues:  I agree on g*y marriage and some parts of embryonic stem cell research.

  10. Both parties are too far left for me. Either way, none of them really stand for anything. No politician seems to be able to see past his next election.

  11. I actually agree with the opposing party on

not changing cultural things too Fast.

g*y couples should have a right to full state-marriage status. But g*y Americans have revolutionized the culture very far in a good way very fast in just a few decades.

So much so that if the Republicans put an ammendment to a few state constitutions I would have to consider being in support of those states banning state-recognized unions (especially against having the state Call them "Marriages"-which is essentially the State redefining an essentially religious word.)

I would have to seriously consider giving support for such ammendments simply because g*y people have changed the culture too fast for what I think is wise.

But the Republicans were incencere and cowardly in the way they played people for the issue for pure-political gain. And it's too late. The g*y community has made America progress even faster than it should have, and now it's too late, so m!ore power to the g*y people!

It annoyed me, but now it is in the past. It is history.

    Good question.

    so Thanks.

Obama is not fit to be President...

(3 weeks later...all of a sudden he is fit. I don't get it)

  13. I believe there is an urgency to develop alternate fuels for transportation..
