What Do You Do on Tripple Session Days?

i hav tripple sessions coming up in 2 weeks, and i think i'm prepared.

but since this is my first year playing...wat do we do?

like....i no a LOT of drills but i no theres gotta be more

You will do a lot of running and drills. You may also do a film session where everyone sits down and watches video from other games so you can learn to make your reads.

try not to die,just kidding. But really drink lots of water, and run every day until practice starts.

You will probably run a lot, tackling drills, run routes, or oline drills. It's hard to say.
