I Have A Friend That Applied For Something Called The "U Visa" He Is Not Legal . And all i know is he got is *** bit and now he's got a chance to become ligal ?? WTF Is That ???

It's for immigrants who are victims of crime, and willing to aid in investigation and prosecution. Excluded are those who commit aggravated felonies.

U visa is issued for Victim of Certain Crimes, based on the Immigration and Nationality Act 101(a)(15)(u).
