What Do You Think About a Career as a Holistic Chef for Pets?

I found a really interesting correspondence college and all their programs are holistically based. There's also a course as a Holistic Health Practitioner that sounds really interesting too. But I really love animals. The course is very in depth covering animal anatomy and physiology, common ailments and toxicity. Proper nutrition for all sorts of animals, not just dogs and cats. I thought I might work with different vets in my city. What do you think about this?
