I've seen this question and I couldn't resist. I'm a psych. student and I'm always interesting in how people perceive each other, myself included.

So my name is Armandina, but I typically go by Dina. What sort of preconceived notions would you have about me, simply based on my name?

Your parents must have liked older names or it was a family name. They must have spent a long time thinking of that name so they must have taught you a lot. So your probably not the girliest girl but you have a lot of inner thoughts that you don't tell people because your parents taught you how to think for yourself. You are independent but like to have friends, and you have a nickname but you don't use it with everyone. I'm just geussing I really don't know.

I had never heard your name before so I did some research. The site below said it was a somewhat uncommon Spanish or Italian name. Another site said it was of French origin, a feminine form of Hermann! I really have no preconceived notions of you based on your lovely sounding name. I do like the full name.
