  1. Its a pleasent part of the UK, and most of the people I have met from Northern Island are very friendly!!

Do you want me to go on to Scotland, England, and Wales?

  2. never been there and wouldn't like to live there either!!! live in the south east of ireland now and wouldn't move to the north

  3. im from northern ireland and i dont see much difference from here and the republic. The people in both are generally nice people. The accent obviously differs,(i find the belfast one slightly hard to understand) but thats in every county in ireland in the whole.

Obviously there is a higher quantity of prodestants in N.Ireland than catholics but thankfully we've come to get along. Anyone who says they dont like N.Ireland  because there are more prodestants are up there own ***(sorry, but true), and havent actually taken into account that they are people too, just as friendly as everyone else.

I think northern ireland is a beautiful place too, the scenary is gorgous!

  4. mountains of mourn are beautiful  n ireland is lovely people mke you very welcome enjoy

  5. full of dominating loyalist neo n**i protestants b******s, who think they are respected by the english. im english, and i know loads of people who hate them.

also there are few of the odd, you know, freedom fighters, the republicans and nationalist, the true irish, who have the right to be their.

also on the news recently ive heard that the loyalist leader, Ian Paisley, resigned, lol, the fcuking egit. another win for the good fellas

  6. pull the switch kill me now - I am from Wexford and I can honestly say for myself and nearly everyone I know, that people like you who calls themselves 'Irish' but is clearly something we don't want associated with our country.

    Idiot.

You mentioned you have kids, Heaven help them if thats the ideas they are being brought up with.

  7. I love Derry. I live in Carndonagh, about 20 miles away and across the border, and the range of shops and the prices there knock the **** of anything near where I live.

  8. It's full of Irish people.

  9. I'm from Derry (50% Derry, 50% Galway).

I consider Northern Ireland as part of Ireland, those from Northern Ireland are simply Irish.

Some of my friends here in Galway (ages around 15) have these views that if you're from Northern Ireland then you are a Prod, that really annoys me. Loads of them think that there is still loads of IRA activity and that you are always fearing for your life, that also really annoys me! But in saying that my closer friends are curious about Northern Ireland and are always asking me questions about life 'up there' which I love becuase they are open minded and want to find the truth!

  10. The North is emerging from a long, long darkness.  We should extend the hand of friendship to all of those who are working hard to make this happen.

  11. I agree with Joanne - though it is spelled Protestants. No 'd'. Orig. came from those who protested against the catholic church - hence protest ant.

  12. I'm from Donegal so I would go there regularly enough.

I like most of it and it's definitely not as bad as people make out. It's not bad at all. I like it and I love the shopping there!

    = )

  13. Well I live here and I think it's a great place to live, as is all of this island.

Joanne O hit the nail on the head, couldn't have said it better, due to people like this we are moving on from the past and getting along great. I have lived my life in a town which is the religion opposite to my own and have never ever had any trouble at all, which really shows something.

Disregard the comments from the hit the switch person, unfortunately there are some people like him around on both sides of the community, but the sooner that lot die out the better so we can all move on.

    =]

  14. "Pull the switch kill me now" sounds an appropriate name for the above terrorist answerer. People like him live in past and cause strife forever. N. Ireland has at last peace for everyone. Give it a chance. It has good relations with everyone.
