I'm a guy with gynocamastia. I have b*****s (40B). My nipples stick through my shirt. Do you think its ok to wear a bra for support and nipple coverage? Surgery is not an option. Serious answers please.

Instead of a bra I'd get some kind of "wrap" or something like that.  I think you'd be uncomfortable wearing a bra.

Don't wear t-shirts.  On other shirts, this will not be noticeable. Simply ignore this condition, and do not wear a bra for support or nipple coverage unless this would make you more comfortable.  Our world is filled with men with this condition. Did you ever pass a group of roadworkers, shirts off in the sun?

You should do whatever makes you more comfortable.

If you think  bra will make your life better then use a bra. Its your life and you are not hurting anyone by doing it.

i think bras will give higher support  for the existence of that female thing on your chest. better put on a corset that can flatten it or something. seriously, if girls can be so oh-kay by doing so, that i can even misunderstand them as guys when they cross-dress...  then it should be a better treatment for you, coz you're a male and males aren't suppose to live with those.

i think it's ok...as someone who also has b*****s, i can't imagine not wearing a bra! how uncomfortable.

I have seen guys with this before - most favour things like sports bras, which will support and flatten you, and not look too girly :-)
