  1. gravity is a force of attraction between any two bodies. its magnitude is directly proportional to the product of the two masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them.

  2. It is probably the greatest force in the universe except for barack obamas ego.I have no idea how it works.

  3. gravity is actually in the center of our earth aka the core witch has a magnetic field witch pulls us down or basically makes us not float out into space

  4. It is force which attracts two bodies having mass separated by a finite distance...........

  5. We use to think it was an almost magical force between two objects across any distance. Then we came to believe it was just the observed effects of the motions of objects within space-time curved by even larger objects. But with problems trying to explain the outer rotaional curves of spiral galaxies, we are back at square one unless 'dark matter' can actually be discovered (not just its effects).

  6. According to Albert Einstein, gravity is not a force, it is an effect of the curvature of spacetime by matter.  If the universe was empty of matter spacetime would be "flat", and there would be no gravity. Once you add a lump of matter, like a planet, it bends the space around it in such a way that moving towards the planet requires less energy than keeping the same distance from it.

    I don't understand it either.

  7. Gravity is vibration and belongs as an effect to the cause behind creation. You can alleviate the gravity effect by vibration. So something has to be said about vibration in how gravity works.

Gravity is an energy field which extends from the quantum zone. All things in nature are energy. Mass can be sent back to energy. Energy is the purest form of state. Energy usually can coalesce, like plasma, like solar wind. Gravity works on the same idea. It is an enmasse field which is linked to the matter side of the equation, but also tied to the energy side of the equation...through vibration.

Matter is lower in vibration or manifestation. Energy is higher in vibration or manifestation, and yet both are connected.

  8. An invisible force that keeps all matter in a state that (among other things) assists the creation of Star systems and allows life on planets formed within those star systems to evolve and subsequently some of that life that has evolved to an intelligent level will ask questions on Yahoo questions.

  9. I think gravity is a force of attraction between two bodies based on their mass.  (The more massive an object, the more it attracts other objects around it.)

    I hope this helps.

  10. Depends on the circumstances, but it can act both as particles and as waves.

  11. Mass and weight cause attraction of other lesser matter?

  12. Most people think that Gravity "SUCKS"

However, Gravity is actually a PUSH,

i.e. Gravity is pushing you down not pulling you down as most believe.

Therefore Gravity does not "SUCK" as it once did.

There is a bit of humor with a proper and right answer. 10 point to me EH?

  13. No, there is an exact definition for gravity.

Gravity is a force that makes objects with mass attract each other.

  14. A force that attracts.
