It makes your lips feel tingly (it feels cool) and makes them swell (not like a gross I got punched in the mouth way) but in a good way to make them look fuller, and putting lip gloss on in general makes your lips look fuller. But once its off they are back to normal its not like getting an injection. And they do work and they feel good. Plus they make your lips look good
