ok, i went into control panel and wanted to check if i had any issues. I clicked on "problem reports and solutions" and i got this "problem"

i tried installing what it is telling me to but i have it already installed.

here are my specs, everything is compatible

  1. It looks like you're just missing a driver for your processor. Click the 'Intel Corporation' link to download the appropriate driver. There should be further instructions on the Intel website.


  2. Ok, something has happened and caused a crash...you sent an error report to Microsoft and the message you got is the answer.

    You shoud download and install the driver. (by the green arrow)

    Next read how to install it on their website. You should check to see if you can install over your current driver or need to uninstall first


  3. Intel ICH9 is a Input/Output controller. It doesn't look like you need to worry about it, except if it is causing real problems.

  5. Try deleting downloads you don't need anymore, sometimes they cause errors like that.
