What Does pain on the right side and lower back on the right side mean?? please help?

ive been having pains in mah right side and lower back on the right side

Any pain due to the kidney will be behind but more close to the lower ribs. With a pain here you can suspect something to do with the kidney or a muscular pain.

But if the pain is lower down closer to the hip it may be from a muscle or a ligament.

But speculation like this is not so useful and may even mislead you and it is important that you get examined by a doctor.
