What Does "Name of buisness involved in adverse action" mean?

I am filling up for a credit report and it is asking me that? what does that mean?

This usually means they want to know what the name of the business is that is involved in a lawsuit or has a lien on property, is claiming damages against, or has a claim against the person filling out the report....or vice versa....name of the business filing the reported claim against someone else.
