in America the "claim to fame" of alternative medicines is that it is based on Chinese practices, well what does the following video say about this claim?

Do not agree with you regarding our alternative medicines coming from the Chinese. Acupuncture and Chinese medicines are often kept together.

Our history of herbal  treatment is more European based, followed and expanded from the early settlers.

Most herbs used by American company production are from here in our own country-Midwest and western grown.

This has been a long term process way before import from China.

The epidemic of pets dying from pet food from China was the writing on the wall that there is a problem with their products.

What about Mexico, do you really want to by produce or beef from them?

Even the bananas from Central America are contaminated from insecticides.

Free trade is a viable venue, we will just have to be selecative about what country we care to by things from.
