What Drugs do they test for if your on probation in Los angeles? Also do they test for alcohol?

do not tell me stupid stuff like "just dont do drugs and you don't have to worry about it" its just a question out of curiosity. would like an answer from somebody who has been in this situation

All the drugs that u like, they will test u for. Been there and done that.

all the  obvious illegal drugs and RX drugs... which if you are under a doctors care then an RX it will be okay as long as you are taking them as prescribed according to dosage/date prescribed etc... as far as alcohol....it is not detected very  long in the body ...the thing is though if you are on color code and you have to go unexpectantly in to be tested and if you are under the influence of alcohol then yes you are in violation of probabtion...during probabtion you are required to refrain from alcohol as well....it is considered a drug (depressant)...even if you are of legal age to drink...

All the major ones most likely. Pot, Heroin, Cocaine, Meth, Acid, etc.

Alcohol, not so much unless your probation conditions prohibit it as it is legal. Same with tobacco.

Since it's called a "drug and alcohol test", they look for any signs of all drugs and alcohol.

As far as the drugs they test for:

1) Opiates (Opiates (heroin, opium, codeine, morphine

2) Amphetamines (methamphetamine)

3) Cocaine

4) Cannabinoids (Weed, Hash)

5) PCP
