    but what if you want to eat something like a fruit or veggetable?

    you cna only take a bite of what is really healhty?

  3. it's the stupidest diet in the world...eat whatever u want no more than a spoonful or forkfull at a time of it and eat 6x a day basically each meal is like 100cals it's ridiculous u wanna lose a ton of muscle mass do it u wanna burn pure fat eat a reg diet 40% protein 40% carbs 20% healthy fats u want a higher protein every gram of carbs u get u want a gram of protein and fat dont have more than 40g no less than 25g cuz fats like fish oil peanut butter almonds avacados olives olive oil are essential for ur body carbs u want fruits veges and whole grains no sugar c**p if u give me weight height etc i could give u an exact diet plan good luck--joe
