well, if you're a girl...they just check your blood pressure, heart rate, etc...ask you some questions and stuff...basically it's like a normal physical that you get every year (if you're a teen)...in my school, all you have to do is get your doctor to sign you off after they write your height, weight, and BP down...then you are good to go and you fill out all the questions on your own. that might be different depending on what state you live in!

They usually check your eyesight, blood pressure, weight, height and stuff, just like they usually do in a physical, nothing bad or anything, it usually goes by really fast, and they update you on your shots and stuff, in case u need some and your blood test.
