What Exactly is in Take Out Chow Fun?

I found some pictures on line, but I can't decipher what the ingredients are, before I order some?

Rice noodles, beef, scallions, onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, usually chinese brocolli and a few other sauce ingredients.  It's delicious and not spicy at all.  Try it!!!

Chow Fun!  Haha.  What a funny name.  I think that's all the stuff that people don't take home from their meals in the restaraunt stir fried all together.

There are two possibilities:

1 : Chow fun could be just fried rice, with meat, vegetables and egg.

2: Chow fun could also mean fried noodles of any kind, typically chinese noodle, rice noodles, rice vermicelli with meat, vegetables and egg.

"Chow Fun" is Cantonese (Chinese) "chow" for fry & "fun" for wide rice noodles (stir fry wide noodles).

yes, that's chow fun. It is stir fried  white slippery noodles with beef and vegetables for American clientele in Chinese restaurants in The USA.

The basic universal ingredient is SHEHE FEN...that's the noodles , the real stuff is white broad noodles not the round type always used.
