What Excersies Can I Do For These Certain Parts Of My Body?

Im really self concious of my thighs & bottom because they're flabby lol, im just wondering if anyone knows any excerises i could do to tone them?

  1. Treadmill.


  2. squats and pilates

  3. Squats help your thighs, jogging, running up and down the stairs. But for your tush? I don't know!

  4. Power walking outside or on the Threadmill.  If you hold your stomach in while you do the exercises it also helps with muscle tone and posture!  Good Luck!

    for your quads, the front part of your thighs you do squats.

    for your hamstrings, the back part, you do lunges.

    for your glutes, your a*ss, the squats and lunges both work it as a secondary muscle. but again no such thing as spot reduction.

    Use your butt and thighs to move you on your bike, by walking, or jogging, or an elliptical trainer too.
