What Feast day /Holiday Is this in the Philippines?

Question

Well when I was in the philippines, I was watching this show, in a hotel, and it was about this catholic feast day/or holiday. What they do is they celebrate mass, then after, they bring statues, of the saint, and start rocking it, and some people, start spraying water(I don't know is its holy water), at everybody. So local Filipinos, can you help. Im a full Filipino myself, but currently living in hawaii....
