  6. "Herzog" by Saul Bellow. It's impossible to describe the effect a book like that has on you. You just feel... more human, more complex than you thought you were. It's fantastic.

"The Virgin Suicides" by Jeffrey Eugenides is also very close to my heart, because it's the best example of how something tragic can also be deeply beautiful.

  7. the twilight series. i swear i've never loved anyone in my life like edward. its a seriously odd feeling. i think bout him dayyy andddd night!!! hes in my dreams. im completely obsessed.

  8. i liked jane eyr(?)  the  she just comes of age  so clearly. from the start you can see her strong will and as the book goes on you see her being pressed into a mold, to break her spirit. she comes through though. you see her  at the end of the book at the real start of her life , where she is aware of her worth, knowing herself  and willing to stand up for herslef with no apologies and go after what she wants. for me the story is motivating.

  9. micheal joe  by william cotter murray

  10. As Simple As Snow by Gregory Galloway.... it taught me you don't always have to know the answer to a problem and that there are some mysteries in life that are better unsolved.

  11. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. You only have to type it into Google to read the reviews, and see how many other people agree! I can honestly say that it has contributed to the constant happiness that I now experience each day. =oD
