  1. The #1 neurotransmitter in the brain is acetyl-choline and there is only one known natural source of it and that is found in Royal Jelly. Now keep in mind that Royal Jelly needs to be mixed with honey to retain it's potency so I only trust it in a jar form and never by itself. Also don't take it if you are allergic to bee products.

Royal Jelly is the food generated by nurse bees that turns regular bees into queens and they quadruple in size in about two weeks from this food. It's full of vitamins, minerals, trace minerals,acetyl-choline and has an anti-microbial effect. It's used for many things from brain and memory function to broken bone repare and even lung function.

Miss E: I just want to let you know that Vitamin C IS NOT needed for Vitamin B absorption!

  2. Yep, Ginkgo and Fish Oil are two of the best, but there are a few other natural products . The most popular ones are Acetyl L-Carnitine, Phosphatidylserine (abbreviated PS), DMAE, Huperzine A, Bacopa Monnieri (or Monniera), and Vinpocetine.

There are a LOT of people that get a lot of benefit from any combination of those. I would suggest adding one at a time to your daily regiment as too much too fast can be tough.

  3. Gingko biloba is good, fish oil should be a high quality from a fish with a short life span so it doesn't get full of toxins (Sardines are typically a high quality)  You really want an Omega 3 EFA (most north americans get way to much 6 and 9 which can lower your 3's as well)

Evening Primrose oil can also be beneficial, as well as a B Complex plus Vitamin C (min 300mg, 500mg is preferred) Never take a B Complex without C, you need Vit C to absorb B vitamins
