What Football team should I be a fan of?

I grew up with a Father who everyday had some sort of sport on the television,(usually baseball, or football) but honestly because of that, I got burned out from sports whithout even really paying much attention to them.. Anyway, I think my husband would like to get into watching football, but since I'm not that keen on it, I think he also isn't. So I told him the other day that I wanted to watch football this year, and find a team to be a fan of. So I need a team. What is your favorite team and why should I be a fan???? ( Oh, I grew up on the West, but live in N.C now) My location kinda makes a difference for what will be on T.V for me. Sorry for such a long question ;)

Washington Redskins plus you will get most of the games down though even though there is Carolina now.  You will see most Carolina (North or South) are Redskins fans because that was the team before Carolina came along...

Philadelphia Eagles

I mean, our team logo also represents USA. We are just a humble and fun team. Our players are respectful and good to watch. Whenever we draft quaterbacks we always cheer them and we love Santa Claus when he visits our stadium and we cheer him! We are a great family team!

If you really want to go along with the crowd, I would follow the New England Patriots. Because of their good record last year, and projections for another good season this year, obviously there are people that think that this is the team to beat. While this is my recommendation, my personal favorite team is the Green Bay Packers. You could also be a fan of this team because they have a huge history.

Carolina Panthers cuz you live in Carolina. Mine is the Philadelphia Eagles. All their games are exciting. Most of their games are usually won or lost by a field goal. They have the most heart in the NFL. They are pretty good too. They are usually the underdog, so people like to root for them

Dallas Cowboys are my team and has been for 17 years. I always tell people to just start watching the games for this season do some research on the teams. Then next season make your choice haters are going to tell you who not to choose and to choose theirs. Football is special and once you become a fan you need to remained with that team forever no jumping ship when they lose. Be loyal to the team you choose, and no one can tell you what team to choose without being prejudice. I know once you get into it you will love football good luck with the team you choose and welcome to the great NFL !!!!!

Why dont you just become a fan of your husbands team? Wouldnt this make more sense and be alot easier? Also since he knows his team well, you will learn about it faster as well,and probably get to watch more games.

I'd recommend being a fan of a team that is near N.C., since that is where you live now.  

If you support a team in the West, they won't be on the normal local channels, you'd have to get the NFL Network channel.  

Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans or Jacksonville Jaguars I'd say would be your best bet.  

You could hop on the New England Patriots bandwagon, since they are going to be good again.  

I think Tenessee would be a good one for you, just because they are young and have potential.  It'd be fun for you and the husband to watch them grow in the next season or two.
