What GPS Navagation System do I get?

I am a beginner at driving, don't know my way around.. so I need a GPS.

I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty

Don't want to spend too much on it, maybe $150-200

So does anyone have any suggestions on which features I need?

Or any specific types of navagation systems I should get
