What Game is Better AT-43 by Rackham or Warhammer 40k by GW.?

have played Warhammer 40k for years at least for the last (3) three additions but i am starting to get into this new table top game AT-43 by Rackham which has pre painted minatures that you can field right out of the box,and a fun and easy game system. So what do you all think

i hear some good things about AT-43. i'd like to check it out. currently i'm into 40k.

a friend of mine just got into "warmachine". that seems to be the newest and best, according to alot of people.

with warmachine, you don't have to buy a ton of models like in 40k. and the rules are better balanced. at least thats what i've read.

although, since 40k has been around for along time..i think it's easier to find others that play 40k as opposed to AT-43 and warmachine.

that said, my local game shop has a warmachine night. so its getting more popular.
