Okay well my husband and I have been trying to concieve for months. I used the ovulation predictor sticks and we usually have s*x about every other day. My period was supposed to come around the 24th of July, but it never did. My periods were irregular for years, but I was put on the pill for a while and they have been regular since (that was a few years ago) always coming around the 24th or so. (My cycles are 30-31 days). So The last three of four days I have been having horrible headaches (I never got headaches before. Ever!) a really upset stomach (everything makes me sick!) sore b***s (specifically nipples) have been irritable and tired. I also get dizzy sometimes. I took several early response tests before my period and they were all negative. I used two Dollar store cheapies a few days after my missed period and a pregnancy test this morning. All negatives? Any ideas. Please help!

  1. hmm, either it is still to early to tell or you really aren't and just have some symptoms because you have been thinking about it so much. I would go to the doctor

  2. Get a blood test it should show up by now. I wish you luck and lots of baby dust!!!!!

  3. I know it may be hard, but you sound very stressed out! Whether you are pregnant or not, stress isn't good for your cycle or your baby! Your symptoms sound like you may be pregnant, and I would wait another week (easier said than done, I know) and take another test. When I was pregnant with my first child I was almost 8 weeks along before I got a positive pregnancy test, my hormone levels just weren't high enough for the home tests to pick it up! But I went in for a blood test and sure enough, I was pregnant. It is not uncommon for it to take a while to get a positive. Good luck and try to take it easy while you wait!
