What Gives You More Energy? Monster or Red Bull?

Im just wondering what drink out of the two (Monster or Redbull). Im not asking what one you like better, or what one tastes better, but what one you think gives the most energy.

Red Bull really doesn't make me hyper.

Monster on the other hand makes me feel like my heart is going to explode, so I guess the answer is monster because it gives me a minor heart attack every time!

people who drink monster think its better, but technically it should be about the same...monster has 27g sugar and 27g carbs for 8oz and REd Bull has 28 carbs and 27g sugar for 8.3oz. so its not much difference...

monster... something in that energy blend... red bull has no effect
