What Gpa score and SAT score does a person need to get accepted to UCSD, UCSB , AND UCSC?

Like what is the score of both sat and gpa needed to have a chance in a university college?

    type in the university or college and you

    will get all the requirements, scores, classes etc; needed.


  2. An SAT score of 2200 or so will be more than sufficient. As for GPA, I am not so sure about the weights and such, but a good rule of thumb is to take lots of AP classes (since they give more points), and generally get As (with the occasional slip-up leading to a few Bs). Anything less than 3.5 on a 4-point scale is probably extremely disadvantageous to you.

    But then again, your extracurriculars and volunteer experience, as well as any stellar achievements of any kind (such as a solo concert, Spelling Bee champion, U.S. representative in an Olympiad, etc) count very much as well. Still there's no excuse for not getting good grades if you're aiming for these schools.
